Troy Parker

Troy Parker is a Staff Attorney at Bay Area Legal Services, having started in October 2023. Previously, Troy served as a Staff Attorney at Legal Services of Central New York Inc from August 2021 to October 2023. Experience includes a summer internship at the Onondaga County District Attorney's Office in the Appeals Department in 2020, and an internship in the Homicide Unit at the State Attorney's Office in 2019. Additional roles include internships with John Mannion's Campaign for State Senate, City of Auburn, New York, Senator Charles Schumer, and the Democratic National Committee, where Troy contributed to various legal and administrative tasks. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School and a law degree from Syracuse University College of Law.
