Lorrie Murray is an experienced arts and music professional with a diverse background in management, production, and marketing. As the Founder and Executive Director of Bay Area Music Project since June 2013, Lorrie has established an after-school program that provides transformative music education to underserved children. Previous roles include VP of Merchandise and Social Media at The Residents/RalphAmerica, where Lorrie managed tour merchandise logistics, and Owner/Partner at Astropitch, Inc., overseeing online music merchandising for national and international tours. With a strong foundation in concert production and public relations, Lorrie has effectively contributed to revitalizing the East Bay music scene and built solid client relationships in various capacities. Lorrie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Visual Media Design from Northeastern University.
