Kelsey Prohaska MA LLPC is a seasoned mental health professional with a diverse background in education and counseling. Currently serving as a Student Mental Health Counselor at Bay-Arenac ISD since August 2021, Kelsey focuses on providing emotional support, developing behavior plans, and implementing counseling groups. Previous roles include Behavior Specialist and Work-Based Learning Coordinator at Pinconning High School, where responsibilities included monitoring student progress and promoting school culture, and Secondary School Teacher at W-P High School, emphasizing multicultural education and positive behavioral management. Kelsey's experience also encompasses administrative roles and outreach at Saginaw Bay Resource, Conservation, and Development, as well as early career positions that involved customer service and coaching individuals with disabilities. Kelsey holds a Master of Arts in Counselor Education from Western Michigan University, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Eastern Michigan University and a Teaching Certification from Saginaw Valley State University.
