Bay City Basketball
Nick Caruso serves as the Director of Operations for Bay City Basketball since January 2015, managing logistics and administration for youth and high school AAU programs, organizing high-level tournaments, coordinating travel for coaches, and overseeing the program's online presence and merchandise store. Additional roles include Head Men's Basketball Coach for top-level travel AAU teams, Lead Assistant Men's Varsity Basketball Coach at International High School, and previous experience as an assistant coach at San Francisco University High School, equipment manager, and basketball trainer. Nick Caruso also has a background as a swimming instructor and summer camp counselor, demonstrating a well-rounded commitment to youth sports and coaching. Educational background includes studies at City College of San Francisco from 2015 to June 2017.

Bay City Basketball is dedicated to bringing you a highly organized experience that is the right fit for you. Bay City Basketball is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization and provides financial assistance to players who otherwise would not have the opportunity to participate in a well organized athletic program.
