Maranda Griffin

Maranda Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Maranda began their career in 2000 as an Administrative Assistant at Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as a Staff Auditor at the same company. In 2003, they transitioned to the role of an Accountant at WD Bass & Associates until 2006. Following this, they briefly worked at Aztec Environmental as Payroll/HR. In 2007, they joined Bay County Clerk of Court & Comptroller as a Board Finance Clerk, where they stayed until 2016. Maranda then moved to Bay County, where they held multiple positions, including Budget Manager from 2016 to 2018, Assistant Budget Officer from 2018 to 2021, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer.

Maranda Griffin earned an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration from Gulf Coast Community College between 2000 and 2003. Later, between 2003 and 2008, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Florida State University's College of Business.
