Kelly LaCava joined Bay Cove Human Services in 2016, after 30 years managing Information Technology at a financial institution. She is responsible for the overall strategic planning and management of Information Technology at Bay Cove, and works with all managers within the organization to determine the technology resources necessary to achieve all current and future goals and objectives. Kelly and her team also work with Bay Cove leadership to identify critical business capabilities and information requirements. Her team of technology professionals is responsible for creating and maintaining an infrastructure of hardware, software, communication and information that support Bay Cove's mission and vision for the future.
Kelly received a Master of Business Administration from Suffolk University and a BSBA in Management Information Systems from Northeastern University. She also has completed executive management programs at Kellogg School of Management, Boston University and MIT.
