Brittany Knowles

Brittany Knowles is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in clinical care and social work. Currently serving as a Clinical Care Partner at Bay Cove Human Services since May 2018, Brittany specializes in intensive case management and coordination for clients with complex needs, conducting health assessments, and developing care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers. Prior roles include Health Outreach Worker and MSW Practicum at Bay Cove Human Services, as well as Clubhouse Employment Coordinator at Vinfen, where efforts focused on partnerships and support for individuals in employment. Brittany holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Social Work from Indiana University Indianapolis, supplemented by a background in community outreach and case management for older adults at Eskenazi Health and internships in marketing and operations.
