Michael O'Neill

Michael O'Neill has held various key leadership roles in the mental health services sector since the late 1980s. With a BA in Sociology from Framingham State University, Michael has served as Assistant Commissioner at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health, Director of Strategic Development at The Edinburg Center, and currently holds the position of Vice President, Central Operations at Bay Cove Human Services.
