Valeria Rojo

Valeria Rojo has extensive work experience in the operations and staffing industry. Valeria is currently the Vice President of Operations for the Central Region at Lean Solutions Group. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at Lean Solutions Group from August 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Lean Solutions Group, Valeria worked at Lean Staffing Solutions where they held various roles. Valeria served as the Branch Manager in Bogota from August 2019 to August 2021. Prior to that, they were the Operations & Implementation Manager from September 2018 to July 2019. Valeria also gained experience as an Operations Assistant from February 2018 to September 2018 and as a Customer Service Representative from November 2015 to February 2018. Their career started as a Dispatcher from June 2015 to November 2015.

Valeria Rojo earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Finance from the Universidad Autónoma del Caribe, completing their education from 2014 to 2019.
