Don Emerson

Don Emerson is a seasoned professional in the mortgage lending industry, currently serving as Divisional Vice President for Bay Equity, LLC since May 2014. Prior experience includes roles as Vice President of Sales and Production at Bank of Commerce Mortgage, and Branch Manager at Prospect Mortgage, where a branch ranked in the top 10. From July 1989 to November 2008, Don worked as a Senior Wholesale Lending Account Manager at Washington Mutual Bank, focusing on account establishment and relationship expansion. Earlier experience includes serving as Major Accounts Manager at San Sierra Business Systems from 1984 to 1987. Don holds an AA degree in Administration of Justice and Liberal Arts from Ohlone College, as well as educational experience from California State University - East Bay.
