Clifford Bernard

Cliff Bernard serves as the CEO and President of Bay Fastening Systems since January 1990, leading a company recognized for its expertise in the design and distribution of engineered fastening systems for various manufacturing and assembly needs. Prior to this role, Cliff Bernard worked as a Development Engineer at Mobil Chemical Corp. from August 1986 to December 1989, focusing on research and development within the large emissions control department and conducting tests on waterborne printing inks. Cliff Bernard holds a Master of Science in Printing Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Arts Education from the State University of New York at Oswego.
