Emma Raczkowski is a seasoned professional in people operations with extensive experience in human resources and operational management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of People Operations at Bay FC since April 2024, Emma previously held several roles at SurveyMonkey from March 2018 to April 2024, including HR Analyst and People Operations Manager. Emma's career began at SoulCycle Inc. as Operations Manager from July 2015 to February 2018, and also includes experiences as Development Intern at Saint Francis High School and as a Coach at Henry M. Gunn Senior High School. Additional roles include Photography Assistant at Your Professional Image by Lisa DeNeffe Photography and Pro Shop Staff at Los Altos Golf and Country Club. Emma is an alumna of Santa Clara University.
