Kahlil Keys has a diverse work experience in the field of sports business and partnership development. In 2012, they started their career at Yale University, where they worked in the Development & Outreach - Athletics department until 2014. Following this, Kahlil had internships with Leverage Agency and Manhattan Sports Business Academy. In 2015, they joined Major League Baseball as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, focusing on sponsorship. Kahlil held this position until 2018 when they became a Manager of Global Partnerships at Legends. From 2019 to 2020, Kahlil worked as a Senior Manager of Partnership Development at Notre Dame Global Partnerships. In 2020, they joined Gen.G as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and remained there until 2023. Currently, Kahlil holds the title of Vice President of Global Partnerships at Bay FC, starting from August 2023. In 2023, they also had a brief role as a Summer Associate in the Investments Group at Avivar Capital.

Kahlil Keys has a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science (With Distinction) from Yale University. Currently, Kahlil is pursuing a Master of Business Administration - Executive MBA at UCLA Anderson School of Management, with an expected completion in 2023.
