Raymond Charrier II

Raymond Charrier II has a long and varied work history. Raymond began their career in 2001 as a Personal Banker at Chase. In 2005, they moved to Progressive Insurance as a Sr. Claims Adjuster, where they managed and developed professional relationships with contracted body shops and vendors, trained body shop managers and personnel, and monitored customer service scores. In 2011, they joined Confie as Vice President, Head of Claims East, where they directed regional claim operational strategies, managed accounting functions and prepared regulatory reports, and coached and mentored a team of up to 100+ individuals. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Embark General as Director of Operations and Casualty Claims Manager, and is currently working at Five Sigma as Director of Global Business Solutions and Global Solutions Expert.

Raymond Charrier II attended East Ascension High School from 1995 to 1999 and Louisiana State University from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Humanities/Humanistic Studies. Raymond also holds P&C Adjuster's Licenses from the Alabama Department of Insurance, State of Florida, MISSISSIPPI, STATE OF, State of Georgia, Louisiana Department of Insurance, and State of South Carolina.
