Sam Delfino

Sam Delfino is an experienced professional in business analytics and data insights, currently serving as a Sr. Associate at Bay FC since March 2025. Previously, Sam worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst for the Columbus Blue Jackets, focusing on developing web tracking systems and customer segmentation strategies. Sam's earlier roles include a Business Intelligence and Data Reporting Co-Op with the Boston Red Sox, where dashboards for executive management were enhanced, and experience with the Pittsburgh Penguins as a Business Intelligence Intern, where Sam configured SQL data sets and collaborated on community project proposals. Additional internships at MBTA and Educational Results Partnership helped build a strong foundation in data analytics, complemented by a Mathematics and Statistics degree from Northeastern University. Sam also played a leadership role as President and Co-Founder of the Northeastern University Sports Business & Innovation Network.
