Valerie Bedon-Palafox

Valerie Bedon-Palafox has over 18 years of experience in various marketing and CRM roles. Valerie is currently the Vice President of Growth & Retention at Bay FC. Previously, they worked at the Golden State Warriors as the Senior Director of CRM Marketing and Director of CRM Marketing.

Prior to that, Valerie held positions at Madison Reed as the Director of Membership & Loyalty, where they developed and managed membership programs, and as the Director of Lifecycle and Subscription Marketing. Valerie also worked at StubHub as the Senior CRM Strategy Manager, where they created and implemented a multichannel CRM communication strategy.

Valerie's experience also includes roles at Shutterfly as the Marketing Manager for CRM Strategic Planning and CRM Campaign Management, and at Sirius XM Radio Inc. as the Manager of Marketing Strategy and Programs and Assistant Subscriber Marketing Manager. Valerie began their career as an Assistant Product Manager at Forest Laboratories.

Valerie Bedon-Palafox holds a Master's degree in International Business with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Birmingham. Valerie also holds a Bachelor's degree in American Studies with an emphasis in Globalization from the University of California, Berkeley.
