Sean Carter

Sean Carter is an experienced mortgage operations professional with a solid background in underwriting, risk management, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Mortgage Operations Manager at Bay Federal Credit Union since July 2022, Sean previously held leadership positions at SAFE Credit Union, including Real Estate Risk and Systems Manager and Real Estate Underwriting Manager. During tenures with Wells Fargo and Bank of America, Sean developed expertise in underwriting residential loans and managing quality assurance teams. Sean's early career included roles as a Mortgage Broker at Greenstone Mortgage and a Sales Representative at Chicago Title, coupled with educational foundations from Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
