Christopher Naden

Christopher Naden is an experienced professional in recreational and wellness management, currently serving as the Director of Activities at Bay Harbor Yacht Club since March 2020. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing the Jr. Programming, Racquets, Fitness, and Aquatics departments, as well as managing staff recruitment, development, payroll processing, budget management, and operational preparations for the season. Previous positions include Wellness Director at Bay Harbor Yacht Club, General Manager at Plus One, and Program Manager at EXOS, where Christopher demonstrated expertise in facility management, program development, staff supervision, and budget oversight. Christopher began a career in fitness and recreation at USAA through a full-time internship, culminating in a B.S. in Recreation Management with a focus on Corporate Wellness from Ferris State University in 2008.
