Chris Soles

Chris Soles is a seasoned Area Project Manager and Site Manager currently with Bay Ltd., responsible for boosting project team performance, managing project lifecycles, and maintaining client relationships. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Maintenance at Pin Oak Group and significant roles in project management and superintendent capacities at Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, Bechtel Power, and Lauren Engineers & Constructors, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing construction projects to managing maintenance operations. Chris holds a Master of Science in Construction Management and two Bachelor's degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, complemented by extensive practical experience and prior military and trade training.
