Enrique Escalante has amassed extensive experience in construction management and project execution across various roles and companies. Currently serving as Fabrication Yard Manager at Bay Ltd. since October 2022, Enrique oversees all construction activities, client relationships, and project productivity. Previously held positions include Construction Manager at Bay Ltd., Project Manager at Ballius Surfaces, and Owner/Consultant for a self-employed venture focusing on construction in NE Florida and the Gulf Coast. Enrique's prior experience encompasses significant leadership roles at Ambitech Engineering, Gulf Marine Fabricators, and McDermott, where responsibilities included managing fabrication operations, overseeing safety and quality standards, and coordinating multi-million dollar projects. An alumnus of Louisiana State University with a degree in Construction Management, Enrique has contributed to organizational goals while fostering professional relationships and ensuring compliance with regulations.
