Ella Tennent

Ella Tennent has extensive experience in environmental planning and regulatory compliance, currently serving as Principal Advisor for Consents at the Bay of Plenty Regional Council since July 2019. Prior to this role, Ella has held various positions at Cheal Consultants, including Senior Planner, Planning Manager, and Planner, contributing to the firm since 2003. Ella's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science (BSc) with double majors in Biology and Earth Science from The University of Waikato, along with a Certificate of Environmental Studies from Bay of Plenty Polytechnic.
