Kathy Thiel-Lardon

Kathy Thiel-Lardon is a Senior Environmental Engineer at Bay of Plenty Regional Council since September 2015 and a Director of Civil Engineering at Professional Management Services 2009 Limited since March 2013. Kathy has extensive experience in project management, risk management, asset management, and urban development, among other services. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Beca from June 2014 to June 2015, Team Leader of Civil Engineering at SPIIRE from November 2010 to March 2013, and Project Engineer at CPG New Zealand Ltd from January 2006 to November 2010. Kathy began a career in civil engineering as an Assistant at the Chair of Civil Engineering at the University of Rostock from 1999 to 2005 and worked as a Surveying Technician at Bad Doberan Regional Council from 1996 to 1999. Kathy holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rostock.
