Mark le Comte

Mark Le Comte is an experienced professional in corporate program and project management, currently serving as Corporate Programme Manager at Bay of Plenty Regional Council since January 2014. Mark has a diverse background including roles such as Manager Council Strategy and Interim Finance Manager at the same council, overseeing strategic planning and financial management. Prior to this, Mark held multiple leadership positions at Auckland Council, focusing on performance management and project portfolio governance. Early career experience includes roles as Naval Excellence Business Analyst and Base Services Manager with the Royal New Zealand Navy. Mark's educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Massey University, a Diploma in Teaching from Christchurch College of Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Canterbury. Additionally, Mark has participated in a Balanced Scorecard Master Class.
