Neal Dempsey

Neal Dempsey is the Managing General Partner at Bay Partners, a position held since January 1998. In addition, Neal serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Washington's Michael G. Foster School of Business since 2017. As the Founder of The Dempsey Foundation, established in 1998, Neal focuses on higher education, children, and the environment, contributing time and resources to organizations such as Uplift Family Services. Neal's academic foundation was built at the University of Washington.
