Ethan Brown is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Bay Property Group since May 2017, Ethan has recently achieved a CCRM Certification from CAA, scoring "Pass Superior" on the final exam. Previously, Ethan held the position of Maintenance Manager at Safeway from June 2014 to May 2017, and prior to that, served as the 1st Assistant Store Director at Animal Farm from June 2005 to May 2014. Ethan's earlier career includes management roles at Starbucks from November 2001 to May 2005 and PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. from January 2000 to October 2001.
