Merry Sedlak

Merry Sedlak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and marketing within the construction and real estate sectors. Currently serving as VP of Operations at Bay Seal Company since April 2012, Merry previously operated as the Owner of In Focus for Builders from January 2007 to August 2009, where responsibilities included project direction and budget creation for developers. Prior experience includes a tenure of over nine years as VP of Marketing at Pulte Home Corporation, overseeing design consistency and marketing strategies. Additionally, Merry founded and operated Rose Scribe Services, a boutique advertising agency, from January 1990 to April 1997, focusing on innovative marketing solutions for new home builders during a challenging industry period. Merry holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Minnesota.
