Maggie Decapua

Maggie DeCapua is an experienced communications and marketing professional with a focus on public relations, social media marketing, and mentorship in the gaming industry. Currently serving as the Public Relations Coordinator for Bay State Brawlers Roller Derby, Maggie also directs communications at Rad Magpie, a nonprofit supporting underrepresented game developers. Previous roles include Portfolio Coordinator at the Financial Communications Society and Marketing Director for Green Mountain Roller Derby, where responsibilities encompassed media relations and event promotion. Maggie's diverse background includes narrative design roles at Ludia and Micropup Games, along with various leadership positions at Champlain College, including Eco-Rep Captain and Peer Advisor. Maggie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Media with a minor in Public Relations from Champlain College.
