Daniel Collins

Daniel Collins is the former President and CEO of T.J. Harkins, a premier supplier of specialty ingredients for grain-based foods. Dan’s early recognition of the demand for nutritious and affordable plant-based ingredients resulted in his cultivation of exclusive grower relationships on a global scale. He has traveled the world extensively on behalf of developing the company’s secure supply chain and comprehensive product offering. Following the acquisition of T.J. Harkins by Bay State Milling, in 2012, Dan joined the company as Executive Vice President of Business Development where he continues to play a leading role in expanding the business through the growth of ingredient solutions for key customer accounts. He currently serves as Entrepreneur in Residence for Bay State Milling Company. Previous to joining the company, Dan held management positions with W.R. Grace and ADM Cocoa. He is a member of the American Society of Baking and the National Association of Flour Distributors.
