Jay Freedman

Jay Freedman has extensive experience in the baking industry, currently serving in Product Applications at Bay State Milling Company since January 2012. Prior to this role, Jay Freedman was involved in Product Development at Pepperidge Farm Inc from June 2001 to January 2012. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Industrial Baking from the American Institute of Baking and training at Northern Crops Institute.
