Mithuran Manogaran

Mithuran Manogaran has extensive work experience in various industries. Mithuran is currently the Founder and President of Hillside Real Estate, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Business Development and Realtor at Bay Street Group Inc., Brokerage from 2022. From 2019 to 2021, Mithuran worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Remax Royal Properties.

Before their career in real estate, Mithuran held positions in companies such as Unilever and Procter & Gamble, where they served as a Customer and Shopper Insights Manager and Category Development Manager respectively. Mithuran also gained valuable experience as a Special Projects Intern - Marketing Lead at CERT Technologies.

Mithuran's work experience extends beyond the corporate world, as they have also held responsibilities at the University of Toronto. Mithuran worked as a Teaching Assistant and Lead Mentor in the Department of Student Life. Additionally, they were the Founding Co-President of the Management and International Business Association (MIBA). Furthermore, Mithuran was involved in the University of Toronto Sports and Business as a member of the Events Committee.

Earlier in their career, Mithuran gained further experience at Microsoft as an Enterprise Sales Excellence Associate.

Throughout their career, Mithuran Manogaran has demonstrated their versatility and leadership abilities in various roles, with a particular focus on real estate and business development.

Mithuran Manogaran completed their Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) from Jarvis Collegiate Institute from 2008 to 2012. Mithuran then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business from the University of Toronto Scarborough from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also participated in an exchange semester at the University of Mannheim, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
