Krista Blazek

Krista Blazek, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Krista currently serves as the VP of HR & Org. Development at The Village, a position they have held since May 2023. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Human Resources at The Village since March 2019.

Before joining The Village, Krista worked at MCL Industries, Inc. where they served as the HR Manager from October 2012 to March 2019. Krista initially joined MCL Industries, Inc. as an HR Administrator in May 2008 and held that role until October 2012.

Krista's career in human resources began at VerHalen Inc. where they worked as an HR Generalist from 2000 to 2008.

Krista Blazek, PHR, SHRM-CP completed an Associates degree in Business Administration from NWTC-Green Bay between 2000 and 2002.
