Shawn Speed is a seasoned construction and business professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Preconstruction Manager at Bay to Bay Properties, LLC since July 2022, Shawn also holds the position of Managing Partner at SJS Strategic Investments LLC and previously worked at Speed's Car Wash as Development and Operating Partner. Formerly the Chief Executive Officer of Clear Results Business Advisors, Shawn focused on enhancing business performance. Shawn's notable previous experience includes being Branch Manager and Shareholder at Flynn Group of Companies, as well as a Founding Partner and VP of Operations at RESCo Energy Inc, where significant contributions were made in project management and operational excellence. Early career roles included Architectural Product Manager, Design Compliance Manager, and Senior Draftsman at Centex. Shawn holds educational credentials from Kellogg Executive Education and Macomb Community College.
