Lance Lamers

Lance Lamers has accumulated extensive experience in consumer affairs and customer service management, currently serving as the Consumer Affairs Supervisor at Bay Valley Foods since February 2015. In this role, Lance is dedicated to enhancing customer loyalty by efficiently addressing consumer inquiries and concerns, collaborating with plant Quality Assurance managers on complaints, and overseeing the integration of company systems. Prior to this position, Lance worked at Kimberly-Clark from September 1995 to December 2014, where responsibilities included managing escalated contacts across various communication channels and ensuring compliance within the consumer response system. Earlier experience at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc. involved inside sales from January 1988 to September 1995. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, earned between 1978 and 1982.
