Jonna Spanier, PE

Jonna Spanier, PE has worked in the engineering and environmental assessment fields since 2008. Jonna began their career as a Natural Resource Youth Job Corps Supervisor for the City of St. Paul Parks and Recreation in 2008, followed by a Natural Resource/Watershed Intern role in 2009. In 2010, they became a Natural Resource Technician for the same organization. In 2011, they joined Liesch Associates, Inc. as a Senior Engineer. Since 2015, they have been a Project Manager and Engineer for Bay West LLC, where they assist with the acquisition and redevelopment of environmentally impacted land, and conducts Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments.

Jonna Spanier, PE holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a focus in Environmental Engineering from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Loyola University Chicago in 2008, with a minor in Biology.
