Ann Horton

Ann Horton possesses extensive experience in healthcare consulting and management, currently serving in a governance and strategy role at BAYADA Home Health Care since April 2025. As the President of Collaboration | Communication, LLC since April 2007, Ann specializes in healthcare strategy and communication for diverse organizations. Previous roles include Vice President of Program Management and Project Director at Lumina Corps in 2023-2024, and Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at LHC Group from 2016 to 2023, where focus was on enhancing acute/post-acute partnerships. Ann led the Maryland-National Capital Homecare Association as Executive Director from 2010 to 2016, overseeing operations for the trade association. Ann holds a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the University of Maryland.
