Carinne Wickman

Carinne Wickman is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Armstrong Steel since March 2023, Carinne previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at STRIDE Community Health Center from 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting recruitment and benefits administration. Prior to that, Carinne was a Human Resources Manager at RR Donnelley from 2016 to 2021, overseeing compliance and employee relations for over 300 employees. Carinne's career began at The Western Sugar Cooperative, serving as Corporate Director of Human Resources and Senior Human Resources Generalist from 2005 to 2015, managing HR functions for a workforce of over 1,000 employees across multiple locations. Carinne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San Francisco, earned between 1989 and 1992.
