Heather Helle is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, Heather serves as the President and Chief Operating Officer at BAYADA Home Health Care and is a Board Member at Swish Dental. Heather has also held the position of Entrepreneur In Residence at 1315 Capital and was the Chief Executive Officer at DermOne. Prior to these roles, Heather was the Divisional Vice President of Healthcare Clinics and COO at Take Care Health Systems, a division of Walgreens. Heather Helle holds an MBA in Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a Marketing emphasis from the University of Minnesota.
