Kelci Stafford

Kelci Stafford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare management and marketing. Currently serving as the Area Director at BAYADA Home Health Care since October 2018, Kelci oversees operations for four locations in Missouri while providing support and development to the management team. Prior roles include Director and Associate Director at Integrity Home Care + Hospice, where Kelci promoted pediatric in-home services and managed key client relationships, as well as Community Relations Manager. At Caritas Family Solutions, Kelci operated as Marketing Communication Specialist, leading the development of annual marketing strategies across a significant service area in southern Illinois. Kelci holds a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University, along with an Associate of Arts from John A. Logan College.
