Abdulrahman Balghonaim

Abdulrahman Balghonaim serves as the General Manager of Internal Audit (CAE) and Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia since February 2021. In addition, Abdulrahman is a Board Audit Committee Member for King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology, the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC), the Saudi Digital Academy, and the National Technology Development Program, showcasing extensive involvement in governance and oversight. Prior experience includes serving as an Audit Committee Member at Bayan Credit Bureau and SPL|سُبل, as well as holding the position of Director of Internal Audit at Takamol Holding and the Saudi Contractors Authority. Abdulrahman holds a BS Degree in Accounting from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and has pursued further education through Harvard Business Publishing.
