John Elmer

John Elmer began his career in 1984 at Houston-based Gelb Consulting Group doing B2B market studies and go-to-market strategy for the firm’s Fortune 500 clientele. John became CEO of Gelb in 1999 and in 2008 he launched the firm’s Interim CMO practice. After CMO roles at oilfield technology firms Ingrain and S2S Systems, he sold Gelb to Endeavor Management, joining Endeavor’s board of directors. In 2016 John founded Bayard Bradford with son, James Elmer.
