Erica Cortes Ms

Erica Cortes MS, CRC, CVE, LPC is a seasoned professional in vocational evaluation and mental health counseling. Currently serving as a Certified Vocational Evaluator at Bayaud Enterprises, Inc. since August 2023, Erica also holds a position as a Vocational Evaluator at Empower Rehabilitation & Case Management since February 2022. Previously, Erica contributed to the Lowcountry Center for Veterans Research as a Clinical Rater, assessing individuals for dementia and mild cognitive impairment in clinical trials. Additional experience includes roles as a Mental Health Counselor at Lakeside Family Center, a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist at VA Health Care Systems, and a Clinical Case Manager at Gavin Foundation, among others. Erica holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling from Mount Mary University, earned from 2016 to 2019.
