Francisco "Frank" Cordova serves as the Associate Director at Bayaud Enterprises, Inc. since March 2020, overseeing department leadership, program planning, policy implementation, and operations management within the CORE Programs, including vocational rehabilitation and employment services. Previously, Cordova held roles as Program Manager for Adams County Day Works, facilitating low-to-no-barrier employment for individuals experiencing homelessness, and as Community Engagement Manager for the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, focusing on the reentry process for individuals transitioning from jail to community. Cordova’s earlier experience includes founding New Beginnings Counseling Center LLC, and serving as a Community Interventionist with The Mile High Council. Cordova is certified as an Addiction Counselor III and has a background in addiction prevention and treatment from The Colorado School for Family Therapy.
