Jay Wright

Jay Wright is the Founder, Director, and General Counsel of Castellum Inc., a leading cybersecurity and electronic warfare defense company since January 2019. As President of Bayberry Capital, Inc., which has been operational since August 2010, Jay assists growth companies with business development, M&A, and financial services. An experienced educator, Jay has served as an Adjunct Professor of Finance at Georgetown University since 2004, recognized with the 2019 award for outstanding Adjunct Faculty in the McDonough School of Business. Additionally, Jay held various leadership roles in multiple organizations, including Trustee and Past-President of the Board at St. Johnsbury Academy, and has served as counsel and chairman for several companies. Academic qualifications include a JD from the University of Chicago Law School, a BS in Finance and Economics from Georgetown University, and executive education from Harvard Business School and the University of Oxford.
