Kati Coleman

Kati Coleman currently serves as the Business Development Manager at BayCare Clinic since June 2024 and is also an ESPN+ Color Commentator for the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay since 2020, providing expert analysis and commentary on sports. Previously, Kati held the position of Business Development Manager at KBX from April 2019 to June 2024, where strong stakeholder relationships were established to foster business growth. Kati has a diverse background in sales and account management, including a role as Global Senior Account Sales Executive at Schneider National, achieving exceptional revenue and volume metrics. Kati's experience also includes serving as the Head Varsity Girls Coach at Bay Port High School and playing basketball professionally with ProBuild Lions, where notable achievements included MVP honors and leading the team to multiple championships. Kati earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Marketing from UW-Green Bay in 2009.
