Grace Schneider holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Universidad Católica de Honduras. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, Grace is currently a Physician Recruiter at BayCare Health System, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Grace worked at Tampa General Hospital for over a decade, progressing through various positions from Human Resources Clerk to Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant, specializing in physician and advanced practice provider recruitment as well as clinical services. Earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources & Logistics Assistant at Honduras Fosforera S.A. Grace is also certified as a SHRM-CP and CHCR.
