Bahar Durak Akkoyun

Bahar DURAK AKKOYUN has a diverse work experience spanning various industries.

In 2011, they had internships at ExxonMobil and Assan Aluminyum.

Bahar then worked as an intern at Eczacıbaşı Baxter Hastane Ürünleri San. ve Tic. A.Ş in 2012.

From 2013 to 2014, they served as an SEÇ- G MÜHENDİSİ at Mepet Metro Petrol ve Tesisleri San.Tic. A.Ş.

Starting in 2014, Bahar joined Ravago Turkey and held several roles, including HCR Silicone R&D Engineer, Thermoplastic Polyurethane R&D Engineer, and TPU and Silicone R&D Leader until 2022.

Currently, they are employed at BAYEGAN Diş Tic. A.S. as a Research and Development Manager, and starting in December 2022, they will take on the role of R&D and Innovation Director.

Bahar DURAK AKKOYUN has a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Chemistry Engineering from Kocaeli University, which they obtained from 2019 to 2022. Bahar also holds a Master's degree in Polymer Science and Technology from Istanbul Technical University, completed from 2014 to 2016. Furthermore, they have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Engineering from Kocaeli University, earned from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology from Kocaeli University, from 2008 to 2012. Bahar DURAK AKKOYUN completed their high school education in Physics at Kandilli Kız Anadolu Lisesi from 2003 to 2007.
