Adel Moufakkir, MBA, is a seasoned professional in cyber security and contract management, currently serving as the Principal Cyber Security Contract & Supply Lead at Bayer since July 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Manager of Contract Management for Pharma & Consumer Health at Catalent, where key achievements involved end-to-end contracting and the development of a Contract Management Roadmap. At Valsoft Corporation, Adel led M&A integrations and business transformation initiatives, managing performance improvement for a revenue portfolio of $120 million.
