Alan Polnariev, PharmD, MS, currently serves as the Director of HEOR at Bayer, where responsibilities include enhancing medical engagement with payer accounts and facilitating informed decision-making for key stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as the National Clinical Account Director at AstraZeneca, where Alan directed payer-medical strategy for federal accounts, and as a Clinical Pharmacist in Pharmacy Benefit Management at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on the clinical and economic assessment of medications. Alan has also acted as a Medical Affairs Consultant for various biotechnology firms and has held positions as Medical Science Liaison at Ferring Pharmaceuticals. Alan's educational background includes a Doctorate of Pharmacy from LIU Brooklyn and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare from JHU/GL Academy.
