With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Becca previously held various HR roles at Bayer, including HR BP Lead for marketing and medical affairs, and worked as an HR Manager at PresiClerc. They began their career as an Assistant to the Head of Operation at Beijing Lotus Supermarket Chain. Becca holds a Master of Science in International Management from Loughborough University and a Bachelor of Laws in Economic Laws from Southwest Jiaotong University.
