Boguslaw Tobiasz

Boguslaw Tobiasz is an experienced IT and digital transformation leader currently serving as VP and Head of the Digital Hub at Bayer's Global Development Center in Warsaw since August 2021, focusing on innovative digital solutions across Bayer’s divisions. Prior to this role, Boguslaw held several significant positions, including Senior Regional IT Head for Central and Eastern Europe at Amazon and Regional IT & Digital Innovation Director at Bayer. Boguslaw's career also includes leadership roles at RB, Technicolor Polska, Cadbury Wedel, ING Bank, and Prosoft, showcasing a strong background in IT service delivery, digital transformation, and agile methodologies. Boguslaw holds an MBA from Oxford Brookes University and a BA in Business Information Management from The Polish Open University.
